SUGGESTED DOSE: Take after food to improve absorption. Add to smoothies, water with a

squeeze of lemon, juices or use in baking.
Children age 1-11 yrs: Take ¼-½ teaspoon daily.
Age 12 onwards: Take ½-1 teaspoon daily.
Pregnant or Breastfeeding Mothers: Take ¾-1¼ teaspoons daily.
Each bottle provides 87.5 teaspoons.
